In his last assignment at EMC India, as the Vice President & GM, he built the organization from 20 to a 1000 member strong team, spanning all product lines of EMC. Prior to EMC, Nagendra has served at various C-level positions, as the Managing Director of Sanware Storage Solutions; Country Manager at Accelerated Networks India; COO of Princeton Consulting, India; President, Network Programs, Bangalore; Head of Management Consulting, Tata Consultancy Services, Bangalore.
Nagendra is a graduate in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Satish has over 19 years of experience in the Semiconductor and Electronic Design Automation industry, in a vast array of senior leadership roles in engineering, marketing, sales and product delivery to the market place. He has held senior management roles at AT&T, Lucent's Bell Labs and as head of Worldwide Sales and Business development for the Systems and Functional Verification Business Unit at Cadence Design Systems. While at Cadence he drove the business from inception to 120+ Million. Satish has extensive experience in taking emerging technologies from inception to successful product launch and proliferation.
Most recently, Satish co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer of a RFID Solutions company Transpond Global Solutions, delivering Intelligent, simple to use, cost effective solutions to the market place. Developed the industry’s first, Generation2 UHF IntelliAntenna™ (Reader-Antenna Combination product) powered over Ethernet, for under $500.
He is currently the President and CEO of Go2Americas LLC. Go2Americas provides a complete Eco-System, for mature start-ups and ones on the precipice of growth, to build and grow the market for their products and service offerings in North America and Europe.
He also serves on the Board of Pragathi a non-profit organization, helping to promote primary education and women empowerment in rural India. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications from the University Of Mysore, India.

Venkatesh has over 19 years experience covering all aspects of finance. Before joining Axon Ventures, Venkatesh was the C.F.O of Team Healthcare, LLC, a New Jersey based Healthcare Company, where he helped closure of $ 2 Mil of Angel Funding and $ 4 Mil of VC Funding.
Prior to Team Healthcare, Venkatesh was the Director - Finance at Macromedia, Inc and was one of the key members that help set up and scale Macromedia's Indian Operations. He was additionally responsible Facilities Management & Administration.
He also headed Finance for the Indian Operations of Sun Microsystems, Inc where he was a member of the core team that help Sun set up its Engineering Centre in India. He played a significant role in growing Sun's Indian Operations Revenue from $ 25 Mil to $ 150 Mil in early 2000. He led Sun's Customer Finance initiatives in India.
Prior to Sun, he was the Head of Finance for the Indian Operations of the Coating Business of Akzo Nobel NV, Netherlands, where he significantly contributed to the profitability through planning, treasury management and controllership.
He started his career in 1989 with the Management Consultancy Division of TCS, where he executed large World Bank aided projects in power and other infrastructure sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, India

Tejas has been an entrepreneur in the fields of foreign trade and construction wherein he has taken businesses from a conceptual stage to a growth stage by successfully building the business plans, management teams, bringing in the initial marquee customers, raising the seed and angel funding etc.
Before co-founding Axon Ventures, Tejas was the Director-Business Development of Guruprasad Engineers & Contractors which has over 20 years experience in the Industrial Construction. Tejas has been instrumental in deriving and executing diversification strategies for Guruprasad Engineers.
